How pricing works

The free plan holds 10 active properties and 5 active inquiries. Sharing, matching, new-match alerts and reminders are never limited, on any plan.
Founding price: ₹1,499 a year, for 2 years
Half the regular ₹2,999, for brokers who pay by 31 December 2026. Pay ₹1,499 now and renew at the same ₹1,499 next year. After that, the regular price applies.

Questions about pricing
Is Easy Brokerage free right now?
Yes. Paid plans have not started, so everything in the app is free to use today, with a daily limit on filling forms from a message. Download it from Google Play and sign in with your phone number.
When will paid plans start?
We have not announced a date. We will tell every broker before it starts. From that date, brokers already using the app get 30 days of Pro; new brokers get 30 days from the day they sign up.
What does the free plan include?
Up to 10 active properties and 5 active inquiries, with photos, and 5 form fills from a message each day. Sharing, matching, new-match alerts and reminders are not limited on any plan.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro is ₹2,999 a year, GST included, and covers you and one team member. The founding price is ₹1,499 a year, 50% off, for brokers who pay by 31 December 2026. Brokers who joined our earlier founding list keep it too. There is no monthly plan.
What happens after the 30 days if I do not pay?
You move to the free plan. Nothing is taken away: every property, inquiry and video you have already added stays in the app. If you are over a free limit, you cannot add new ones until you upgrade.
How do I pay?
You do not pay in the app or on this website. We send you a payment link on WhatsApp, you pay once for the year by UPI, and we switch your account to Pro. If you ask within 7 days, we refund the full amount.
How long does the founding price last?
Two years. You pay ₹1,499 now and renew at the same ₹1,499 next year; you pay one year at a time. From the third year the regular price applies. A founding payment also includes one import of your stock, done by us from your Excel sheet or WhatsApp listings.
How do I get the founding price?
Message us on WhatsApp from this page and pay by 31 December 2026. Messaging us costs nothing and commits you to nothing; we reply with the details.
How will pricing work for a firm with several brokers?
Pro includes one team member at no extra cost. Each member after that is ₹1,499 a year. Everything the team files is saved to the firm’s account, so the stock and the clients stay with the firm when someone leaves.
